Claim will be made. *There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team members for stays that are over 28 days or more. *The property is managed by the hotel, we will help you the most we can but we aren't responsible for any water or electricity outage and will not provide a refund for this matter. We are not responsible if any of the amenities are closed or not functional as they are managed by the community and we do not have any control. No refund will be issued. *Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges, and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for the purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests, or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
