We will have to discard them if any. *The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee *Please note that an extra charge ($) will be made for each beach equipment not returned or damaged. *Please don't eat/drink in beds, as this leads to irreversible stains. Claims will be made. *Extra cleaning charge will be claimed if any sand is brought back to the unit. *Please note that an extra charge($) will be made for each lost remote. *Please take care of the furnishings. *We have a voice assistance device (Google Home) in the unit. *Please ensure that the parking placard is always visibly displayed in the vehicle at all times when parked. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in towing of the vehicle at the guest's expense. The placard can be found inside the unit. Kindly take note that in the event of misplacing or losing the placard, an additional fee of $125 will be incurred. * Laundry Room: Accessible on Mondays only between 6am and 2pm. Shared with other guests. *Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission. *There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 14 days or more. *Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $45.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 28 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date. *No Beach blankets or snorkeling gear. Only Beach chairs, towels and umbrella. *Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages. *Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
