The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more for seamless meal preparation. It offers two dining areas: a cozy spot for up to four guests with two additional chairs, and a larger table for six, ideal for entertaining. Additionally we have a breakfast bar with four stools providing extra space for casual dining. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat featuring a queen-size bed, TV, dresser, nightstand, bedside lamp, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. The room is carpeted and includes a stylish wooden bench and a stationary bike for a convenient in-room workouts. Direct access to the sunroom, which features a split-type ductless air conditioning system. A private ensuite bathroom for your ultimate comfort. Our second bedroom, also carpeted, features a queen-size bed, closet, ceiling fan, and a desk with a chair. The third bedroom includes two twin-size beds, a nightstand, bedside lamp, closet, and ceiling fan. The guest bathroom is designed for your comfort, featuring a tub-shower combination, a toilet bowl, and a stylish vanity sink with a mirror. The ensuite bathroom offers a bit more luxury with his and her vanity sinks, each with its own mirror, an enclosed toilet area and a all-tiled stand-up shower with a built-in seat and a hairdryer. The sunroom is a breathtaking glass-walled sanctuary offering panoramic views and generous space for entertaining. Flooded with natural light,it includes a table that seats 5 guests,complemented by a split-type ductless air conditioning system and a ceiling fan for enhanced comfort. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the laundry room at no extra cost, and two parking spaces are available in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.
