We will have to discard them if any • Pool(at Sea Breeze Recreation Center - Verify hours of accessibility)(We are not responsible if the pool is closed for any particular reason or if the temperature isn't to your liking as it is managed by the community)Shared with other guests •Tennis and Pickleball court (at Sea Breeze -Verify hours of accessibility)(We are not responsible if these courts are closed for any particular reason as it is managed by the community)Shared with other guests • Trailers/Boat are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community. • Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation. • Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission. •The garage is not accessible to guests as there's the owners personal belongings. They will access the garage sometimes and only from the outside door. We will notify you. • Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made. *There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 40 days or more. *Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages. *Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access(with or without your presence)the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
