The room also includes a stylish bench and an end table, adding both functionality and a touch of elegance to your stay.  The kitchen in our home is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. Featuring a modern refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave, you'll have everything necessary for cooking up your favorite meals. Start your mornings right with the coffee maker or use the toaster for a quick breakfast. With a hot water kettle for those comforting hot beverages and ample storage space for your groceries and kitchen essentials, you'll feel right at home. Whether you're preparing a gourmet dinner or just a quick snack, this kitchen has you covered.  Enjoy your meals in style at our charming dining area, featuring a beautifully crafted table that comfortably seats 4 guests. The space is adorned with Spanish-inspired decor, adding a touch of elegance and warmth to every meal. Whether you’re sharing a hearty breakfast or a cozy dinner, the inviting ambiance and unique design details create a delightful setting for dining and conversation.  Bedroom 1 offers a luxurious King-sized bed, bedside lamps, an elegant chair, a closet, and large windows. Bedroom 2 features a cozy Queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan and a convenient closet, perfect for a restful night’s sleep and ample storage.  Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful retreat. The bathroom is designed for both comfort and convenience, featuring a tub and shower combination to suit your preference. It includes a stylish vanity sink with a mirror, a full-length mirror, a toilet bowl, and a hairdryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  Step outside to our fenced-in backyard, a private oasis perfect for relaxation and outdoor fun. The space is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. Fire up the BBQ for a delightful cookout, or simply enjoy the tranquil setting for a relaxing evening under the stars.  It is good to know that the house and backyard are entirely private to you during your stay. An attached guest house exists on the property, but there is a locked door between the two units, and no guests will have access to it. Guests from the guest house will enter their unit exclusively through their backyard side gate.  Our home offers a washer and dryer at no additional charge. Additionally, there is one parking space available in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi.   We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.   The Area: Belleair Bluffs, a charming and picturesque city in Pinellas County on Florida's Gulf Coast.
