We are not responsible if any of the amenities are closed or not functional as they are managed by the community and we do not have any control. This key fob grants access to essential areas, including the garage, lobby, and access to the door to the west-side pool. *We kindly request that you take extra care of the key fob to avoid any misplacement or loss. In case of such an unfortunate incident, please be aware that there will be a replacement fee of $60. *Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community. *Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation. *BBQ Grill : Registered guests may use the grills for up to one hour per unit. Before use, please check the gas meter to ensure there is sufficient fuel. If the grill is out of gas, it will be unavailable until it is serviced. Remember to clean the grill and turn off the gas after each use. * Grills are to be operated by authorized HATC adults only *Grills in use must be attended at all times. If they are found unattended they will be turned off. *Grills must be cleaned and brushed after each use. *Turn off the gas at the tank before leaving. *No parties at the grill area. *The last person using the grill for the day should put the cover on the grill, once it is completely cooled. * Use of grills is at your own risk. *Pool (Verify hours of accessibility) Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision. Shared with other guests *We are not responsible if the pool is closed for any reason or if the temperature isn't to your liking as it is managed by the community. *Spa (Verify hours of accessibility) Persons under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
