The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a queen size bed, a workspace, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second guest room also offers 1 full size bed, desk with chair and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle and both are twin size beds, making this condo a perfect spot for extended families. Washer and dryer, televisions, high speed internet, 2 elevators and 2 designated garage parking spot are also included. This is a non-smoking condo. Linens, towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Beach equipment and wagon are also provided for those frequent sunny beach days. One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches and swimming pool, but also very near John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. It is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a large variety of restaurants, local fishing fleet, dolphin watching/shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. What a beautiful unit! The unit was brand new with lots of space and yet a cozy feel. Conveniently located with lots to do in the surrounding are. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
