Perfect home for our family of 5 and our dog. Close to everything but far enough away for relaxation and quiet. Nice neighborhood. It was so nice having a pool at the end of each day. The host was always responsive and even able to allow us in a couple hours early when we arrived ahead of schedule. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rotonda West!

Loved our stay for our sons soccer tournament. It was clean,quiet, had everything I needed to cook meals. We enjoyed the short drive to Bradenton beach for restaurants. Thank you so much

We had a great stay at this lovely Florida home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts were very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a perfect experience and a place we would gladly recommend.

Chant fue muy amable y receptivo. Contestó a todas mis consultas de forma muy preocupada y amable. Pregunté si mi hija que vive en la zona podría visitarme y me ofreció que se quede a dormir, lo cual no fue posible, pero fue amable al ofrecerlo. El lugar tiene Air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, secadora de cabello, vasos platos, cubiertos, todo lo necesario para preparar algo básico lo cual es muy rescatable y de mucha ayuda. Sugeriría un poco más de iluminación a la habitación. Chant es A1

We stayed for 3 weeks. The communication before and during our stay was very good and helpful. The home was spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the large, fully equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for a comfortable home cooking. We also enjoyed the peaceful and friendly neighborhood with possibilities for shopping, sports and entertainment just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this home.

The place overall was great and had everything we needed. Location was very convenient. A few little things to be aware of: the balcony view isn’t great, and you can’t really enjoy the balcony because it faces a very busy street and overlooks a strip mall (which is clear from the pictures, so we knew this going in, just didn’t know how busy the street below would be). The trundle bed is a very firm bed (not super comfortable, but functional). There is a smell in the building (nothing host can do about that), but also a smell when you enter condo. Couldn’t figure out what it was, but only really smelled it every time you enter the building & condo. I wouldn’t call it a terrible smell, just noticeable. The pool & hot tub were okay, but a little odd being on the back side of the building, sort of felt like they were an afterthought.
