My friends and i loved staying here. We loved the pool and how close the beach is. The pool does get dirty from the trees and bugs, but there is a net to clean the pool. If I were to be back in the area I would most definitely want to stay here again.

Great house, super well equipped, excellent pool, great beds/ bed wear. Very well located, super safe. Best house we’ve ever stayed in the area. Super responsive host. We will definitely come back.

Chant was a great host. The home made me and my family feel right at home. Clean, pleasant and close to a beautiful lake across the street, that we were able to fish at.

No words to describe this place! We have stayed in over 10 places in the area and this is definitely our favorite! Very responsive, the place is absolutely gorgeous, very quiet for where located. The starter items left helped hugely as did the beach items available for use. My husband also has some current issues with stairs and the elevator was a lifesaver. The garage allows cars to remain safe and covered and allows items to be safely stored. The inside is spotless and has high quality furnishings and appliances. The space available made the stay with five people so easy with everyone having their own space!

Our family enjoyed staying here as it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to John’s Pass. Several restaurants within walking distance. Everyone even got tattoos right across the street! Host is very helpful and communicative. We would stay here again in the future and recommend it to anyone!

Very nice, spacious home with pool. My family had a great time. Near Indian Shores which is a favorite of ours. Host was responsive and nice. I would come back for sure and recommend for families.

My family has been vacationing to Sarasota/Bradenton for many years. Our stay this year was wonderful! We were able to check in early, which was a great start. The house is in a very convenient neighborhood to many restaurants, stores and main roads. The space comfortably fit our family and friends for the week. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay. Loved the backyard area, it feels like a forest. Pool is not very large but it’s enough. 6 ft deep and it stayed warm and clean. Plenty of dishes and silverware with a dishwasher. Beds are comfortable. Easy drive to the beach, about 10 minutes away from Indian Rocks.

Had a great time at this beautiful gem of a place. Flexible check in, host was great at communication and made me feel so welcome. Hosts were excellent and very responsive. Coffee maker broke and a new one was on the doorstep by the time I returned from the beach that day. This is a phenomenal find - I felt so welcome and safe and at home. Huge bonus points for Publix and the beach being so close. The location can’t be beat. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation, I would absolutely love to book this place again.

Large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, Very nice house close to everything you need and close to beaches but you need a car. not within walking distance. Everything was to our satisfaction, thank you.
